Terms and Conditions for Dont Blink Competition

1. Overview

• Participants must find the 5 hidden letters in our YouTube video and then visit our website to complete the form fully. Only the parts of the form marked as "optional" may be left unfilled; all sections marked as "required" must be completed accurately.

• The competition begins every Monday at 6 PM and ends Sunday at 6 PM. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the USA, the UK, and Canada (excluding Quebec), aged 18 years or over, except:

  • a) Employees of the Promoter.

  • b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration.

  • c) Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

• If under 18, you represent and warrant that your parents/guardians have consented to your entry and these Terms and Conditions.

• By entering, you confirm your eligibility and agree to provide proof if requested. If proof of identity is needed, this may include forms such as ID or birth certificate. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

3. Entry Requirements

• Answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter to qualify. Correctly identify the 5 hidden letters, and ensure that your multiple-choice answer is also correct; otherwise, your form will not be accepted.

• Choose a 12-digit number; entries with fewer or more than 12 digits will be disqualified.

• Your YouTube username must be included and accurate.

• Entry forms must be fully completed unless marked "optional."

• If a person is found to have made more than one entry, all their submissions will be removed from that week's competition.

4. Competition Entries

• The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by a computer or are incomplete.

• Specific behaviors can lead to disqualification (e.g., cheating, collusion, or attempting to manipulate the competition).

• Valid entries will be included in the random draw to determine the winner.

• Answers must not be shared on social media.

5. Prize Details

• Initially, prizes are set as a £20 gift card (or equivalent in the winner's local currency). Prizes will fluctuate based on ad revenue once the channel is monetized.

• If more than one person chooses the winning number, the prize will be split equally among those winners.

• All rules and terms are fair and non-biased. The chosen winner will be completely random based on the number they have chosen, and we have ensured to abide by the regulations set by each participating country allowed to participate.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via the provided email or within a comment on YouTube.

• If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated timeframe, it will be forfeited and added to the following week’s game prize.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal information will be stored only for 10 days after the winner is selected and then securely deleted.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Liability

• The Promoter is not liable for any issues arising from participation or prize acceptance.

9. Modifications

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or the competition rules at any time.
